We asked for a spotless and soundproof room with a nice balcony, good view, fresh towels and got one. The hotel was located in the heart of the city.
Although everything was excellent, some of the staff were not very friendly.

The location is convenient for visiting the
Main attractions, with just a short walk to the train station. The room itself was modern and clean, but on a couple of nights, it was a bit noisy from the adjoining room. A decent stay.

I loved that the hotel was just a few steps from the historic Mercato Centrale and about a 30-minute walk to the fine Piazzale Michelangelo, where the views of the city are lovely. It made strolling through Florence so easy and enjoyable! As a solo traveler, I found the rooftop views to be a fantastic bonus to unwind after a day of exploring, perfect for city lovers like me.
